Murat YANIK, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rota Capital, started his career as an inspector at Emlakbank and served as a senior executive, General Manager and Board Member in public and private banks and financial institutions for many years. Following a successful career in the banking sector, Mr. YANIK continued his career as CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Metro Holding between 2000 and 2008. During this period, he successfully managed many capital markets operations such as the establishment of the brokerage house Metro Yat\u0131r\u0131m, the establishment of Metro Faktoring and Metro Leasing, the merger and spin-off of the listed Vanet, and the public offering of Metro Holding. Murat Yan\u0131k, who completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Gazi University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics, is also a Certified Public Accountant, registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and a member of T\u00dcRMOB.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
